@six, if your workplace provides tuition assistance or reimbursement, you won't need to take out loans, I would recommend the MAOL Organizational Leadership instead of a BLS in management or the BABA Management & Leadership.

I work at a college and I am already taking advantage of their tuition benefit to slowly work on a master's degree, I can't take more than one class at a time because it may interfere with my loan repayment terms and potentially impact when I can get loan forgiveness so I don't do much of anything during the summer as I don't take summer classes for my grad program. 

 Thank you for the recommendation but I'm certain the BLS in Management is what I am looking to get out of this program.
