They are unable to accept it because its not sent by the school. I've contacted the high school and said that, legally, they are not allowed to email transcripts to any outside organisation (they don't have a copy anyway).
Has anyone else dealt with this before? Is there any way to circumvent this? I've managed to track down a university transcript from 2000 - does anyone know if that will suffice or at least prove that I graduated high school given that I was enrolled in university? My high school are also happy to send a letter, with their letterhead, from their official email stating my name, date of birth and my year of graduation. Not sure if that is helpful in any way.
The deadline of submitting all paperwork is two days away and I'm worried I'm not going to make it. I'm going to be unable to enrol in the subsequent semester as I will be starting a new job. I really need to get into the upcoming term and knock out the bulk of the work over Jan and Feb.
I just sent my scan copy of high school and university to WES for official accreditation. WES will send the result to UMPI. I got my credit transferrable at UMPI with no problem. My high school and university considered an Regionally Accredited ones. I also came from an underdeveloping country so your Oz diploma should be accepted. Cheers...

Turns out WES don't accept digital copies from the issuing authority in Australia so I'll have to send phyiscal copies.
