From a TESU point of view, I don't think it will matter whether you complete the MD or not. I think the others simply feel that it would be a waste of nearly seven years' effort not to finish the degree, even if you don't want to persue a medical license. As we've pointed out, a lot of careers will value the medical knowledge in combination with a CS degree.

I'm sure that virtually all of your courses will be count as university credit at TESU, but not all of it will fit into your degree program. The fact that the courses were in French won't matter. You will have to take the required English courses, and you will have to fulfill the English requirements on the international student page:

Oh I understand now , maybe I made myself unclear , I am going to finish my MD , I technically did , I have this free 6 months until my paperwork is done so I can officially have my MD , that's why I wanted to start tesu now so I can benefit from these 6 months .
