Which college accepts "S" grades as transfer? (Credit banking)

As the title says. I don't know where to post it, so I'll post it here. UMPI doesn't allow me to transfer "S" grade credits from ENEB/ UI1 (Evaluated by ECE); they only allow C- or better. Are there any more generous schools with "credit banking" options? Frederick Community College costs $8100 (I have 90 credits, according to the eneb wiki, it will be 90x90 = $ 8100), and I'm afraid TESU's "credit banking" option will be the same policy (C- or better, no S grades allowed), so I don't want to risk it...

This is newer territory that hasn't been explored much, I suggest reaching out to COSC, Excelsior, TESU, PUG and a few others that are on the WIKI for CBE, such as ETAMU, Walden, etc. ECE evaluation would mean you've got an equivalent to a Bachelors, I suggest skipping the Bachelors at any of these and go straight to the Masters instead, such as the UMPI MAOL or HAU MBA.

I want the credits on a transcript only, maybe for future CPA purposes, or maybe I'll use it one day for whatever reason, but right now I just want them on a college transcript...

For my son, TESU accepted the "S" grades from Finnish schools, after they were evaluated by ACEI.

I would email TESU, and you can use the same email to forward to Excelsior or any other institution, ask them about fees, etc, and any other questions once... Forward the email to the next institution, and that's it...

I've opened a support ticket before, and they told me to transfer the credits first, then they'll evaluate...I've asked them several times about the question, and they give me a very vague answer...
