I would only add that there are GPA requirements for TESU for English and AOS. Sounds like a CLEP for English Comp won't do it anymore.

Care to expand on this? My college comp CLEP is all I have left other than the PLA course that's currently half done.

This is from the link below:

"Your overall TESU GPA, the GPA in English Composition and/or the GPA in your area of study/option does not meet the minimum requirement.
Undergraduate students must have an overall TESU GPA, an English Composition GPA and an area of study/option GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Graduate students must have an overall TESU GPA of 3.0 or higher."

Fortunately, a CLEP for College Composition at TESU still works, because the Credit grade you earn is equivalent to a C or above. It works for COSC as well, but Excelsior will not accept the CLEP for College Composition. Many people use the Straighterline courses or UExcel College Writing and SL English Comp II to fulfill the Excelsior requirements.

TESU and COSC will both accept D grades for transfer, except in English Comp and AOS/ major courses. However, these D-for-Diploma courses can still be used for elective credits. This is especially helpful at TESU because all transfer grades count as Credit instead of a letter grade. COSC will transfer D grades as long as they don't drop your GPA below a 2.0, but they will be shown on the transcript.

Excelsior does not accept D grades.
BA, MA, EdS, MMT, etc.

So, the CLEPs, while coming in as CR, give a GPA to TESU?

TESU accepts Credit grades to fulfill the degree requirements. They do not affect your GPA, but the score minimum for receiving credit is what TESU considers as a C or above.

Ok. Thanks for clearing that up. It would be nice if they worded it as something more along the lines of "equivalent to a 2.0" sort of thing.

Forgive me if I am off topic, but can someone tell me why any of the math Jumpcourse courses are not showing up in the Alternative Credit Project anymore? It looks like none of the Jumpcourse math courses are getting ACE credit right now unless I am wrong. Sadly, I am halfway through the Stats class.
