#1
hi i just turned 25, i have 110 credits and want to get a bachelor's degree. I have an Associate of Science degree. I have 78 credits from junior college and 32 credits from university. What do i do? what is the best college to apply to? is there any way to get the application fee at thomas edison university waived?

what is the best degree to graduate the fastest? within 6 months to 1 year? which college is best for my current credits?
i need a bachelor's degree so i can get a good job. i am also interested in possibly attending a college to get a master's degree.
what should i major in to graduate as fast as possible?

Addendum & Template (answer in brief, compact, concise phrases - don't need long sentences):
Your Location: houston, tx
Your Age: 25
What kind of degree do you want?: bachelor's. i don't really care what major, my original major was healthcare management. i wanted to study business at university of houston but they won't admit me to the business school since my gpa is 2.77 and they require a 3.0 gpa to be admitted.
Current Regional Accredited Credits: 110
Current ACE, CLEP, or NCCRS Credits: 0
Any certifications or military experience?: i have an electrician certificate and a cna certificate
Budget: 0
Commitments: i am a jobless manchild
Dedicated time to study: 12-40 hours a week
Timeline: 2026
Tuition assistance/reimbursement: idk, university of houston offered me 23k in financial aid tho, but i would have to attend school for 2 years there cuz they only accept 60 credits.

Welcome to the board, great intro post with some information, but it's missing most of the info asked for in the addendum and template, please update the post/thread in order to provide a bigger overall picture of your scenario: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works

Basically, it really depends on your budget, commitments, study habits, etc. You need to ask yourself what subject matter interest you the most. With all these questions, you want to see my answer I had a few minutes ago and corresponding links here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid441388

Last but not least, instead of having a screenshot of the entire transcript, crop out your personal info, we just need the basic details, not your personal info.

"Commitments: i am a jobless manchild" ha, gonna steal that for when I get fired.

I think East Texas A&M University makes a lot of sense since you're in Texas. $1000 in state tuition per 8 week session. You can take as many courses you can complete during that time (the norm is 2-3 sessions to complete a degree). Depending on the CBE degree, you can transfer 84-90 credits.

Tuition: https://www.etamu.edu/cbe/cost-and-aid/
University degrees: https://www.etamu.edu/programs/ In "all locations and online" select "Competency-Based Online" for all CBE programs

+1, I agree with ETAMU as a first choice for Texans, there are several BAAS concentrations to select from as well. Your second choice should be UMPI BBA with a concentration of your choice. Basically, I would apply to both and get an evaluation to see where you stand at these two institutions. Review their degree offerings and decide where to finish your Bachelors... Good luck, have fun!
