To earn a transfer degree to UO/OSU from an Oregon CC young kids need 4 science courses (3 must be labs). This was not a requirement in the 1980s (my generation) nor does it make kids today smarter today (grade inflation).
It has produced = low graduation rates.
The UO/OSU grads make less than Excelsior grads....go figure!
In other words, you think progressive = easier.
