CLEP Transcript Question

Ok, so I have to order a copy of my CLEP transcript to be sent for my grad school application. I have never done this, as I always had my scores just sent to EC directly each time I tested. So I printed off the form since it doesn't appear you can order them online. Is that correct? Do I have to do the DSST and CLEP via fax only? When I do the CLEP transcript, so I have to check the box for each exam I took or can I just leave that blank and they will just send every score? I just want to make sure they include everything. If anyone has done this before, please let me know. Any suggestions for faster processing with either the CLEP or DSST is great appreciated since this is the first time for both of these.

I just ordered my Clep transcript for my BS degree and received it yesterday. I filled out the online form and submitted it by fax and then received it in the mail within 2 weeks. I checked each box for the tests I wanted on the transcript and then checked the box that said to send all scores above 50 (of which my tests were). There are probably other ways of doing it, but that is what I did - and it was my first time. Anyway, I hope it helps a bit.
