Question about admission

Location: Viet Nam ( Not a Us - resident )
Age: 18 (turning 19 this Nov)
Desired degree: Not decided
Credits: 0

Prior Education and certificates:
 Have only finished 11th grade ( dropped out of high school in 2022 )
 GED
 IELTS

Question: Generally speaking, is my high school transcript till 11th grade sufficient for admission into universities with CBE programs such as TESU, COSC, SNHU ?

Most universities will accept GEDs in place of high school diplomas. I'm not sure how it works for international students, though. 

Your best bet would be to explore the websites of the collegs you are considering and look at their individual requirements. Reach out to an admissions officer if need be. They are there to help answer questions like this!

Basically, for most institutions, you just need an equivalent to high school graduation and an exam indicating you've got a sufficient level of English, thus, the mentioned GED and IELTS (or equivalent such as TOEFL) would work just fine...

I wrote to admissions of SNHU and they said that they would request an exemption for the high school attestation. Charter Oak State College will accept you without a high school diploma or equivalent if you have at least 9 credits. ACE credit count. You have a GED though so you should be good.
