Hello NiceGuy and welcome!
Here is the link to my BSBA, General Management degree plan.
Bricabrac's BSBA in General Management - Degree Forum Wiki
I'm going to summarize my story so you know what is possible with the help of this forum. I also wanted to finish quickly and was not as concerned about the cost. I began my journey with 21 community college credits and in 2yrs completed two bachelor's and 2 associate's (all degree plans). Like you, I had quite bit of indurstry experience which made it easy to plow through. I only needed to check the degree box for HR so began with the fastest degree, social science. It was actually a lot of fun and I completed the requirements so quickly that I chose to complete the second bachelor's in business administration in the second year. The associate's degrees were a bonus, the second was free and in my professional wheelhouse.
On the wiki page you will notice I've posted a revised plan above the original. I noted the new requirements, its actually looks more interesting than it really is. They simply assigned catchy headers and made the ethics course a requirement vs the previous strongly recommended. Everything else is basically the same. The only change is Personal & Social Responsiblity as they are quite specific in which courses will fill the requirements.
What I wanted to do was mix courses with alternate credit. It allowed me to move through the program(s) at a faster rate. Yes, it may have been more expensive than a test out degree but I wanted to have a min of 60 graded credits upon completion. Anyway, hopefully my degree plan will provide you with a template to begin organizing a plan for yourself.
Good luck to you!
