What is the best / Easiest way to get a second BS degree

No GRE required if you have a bachelors degree with at least a 3.25 GPA. Since your bachelors degree is not in information systems, you may have to take some undergrad prerequisite courses to be admitted; but this may be the case in any graduate program you pursue outside of your undergraduate degree subject. It costs $337.05 per credit hour and is a 30 hour program ($10,111.50). DSU is a RA school with a large B&M presence as well. If you dare, they also offer a doctorate in the same subject. Good luck!

MSIS - Master of Science in Information Systems - Dakota State University
That's a great find however there is a comprehensive exam at the end of the program that covers all sections.
The exam can be taken twice otherwise you have forfeited the whole degree.
I prefer a program that does not have a conprehensive exam or entrance exams.
I know that there are plenty out there I just have to find the right one at the right price.
Please continue to help with my quest for the most affordable database management or mis master degree with no entrance 0 no comprehensive exam and a maximum of 36 credits.
Thank you much
