For the capstone, specifically the liberal arts capstone do you just compile all of your information or do you have to rewrite everything? Would it be considered self-plagiarism if you compiled all of your previous assignments and submitted that as your capstone or is that the point of the course?

You can compile your written assignments into your final paper which is what I did.
You can check with your professor to make to be sure what is expected in the final paper beyond what is stated in the directions. Different professors could have slightly different expectations.

Same as LevelUp said. And always double check with mentor just in case......
For LIB 495, it was expected (and stated in the version I took) that the final paper was all the parts put together with the improvements and suggestions the mentor made. It was not considered self-plagiarism because it was pulling drafts into final. With that said, you should expect the Safe Assign (plagiarism tool) percentage to be really high on the final project because your drafts are part of what it looks at.
