Degree programs, yes. Not surprised. Gen eds? Looks like not. Since this is "Freshman Academy" combined with engineering, for whatever reason, it makes sense that a foreign language wouldn't be included if it's not something you'd be taking in the first year or so.

I'm looking hard at TEL Learning - they're self-paced. I'm trying to find out if you can get your grade before you decide to transcript the course like EA/ASU does. If so, they will be my go-to for RA credits for my kid (moved to a new state, where CC is NOT cheap like CA was).
