There is a cheaper way to obtain a CLEA certificate,
First, obtaining a certificate from a co-operation organization
Second, applying for the CLEA certificate using that(above) certificate.
Information from AGS-ACADEMY. https://ags-academy.org/
The application fee for AGS-ACADEMY is USD 8.
The certificate fee for AGS-ACADEMY is USD 8.
The transcript fee for AGS-ACADEMY is USD 8.
The course fee for AGS-ACADEMY is USD 400.
Maximum scholarship is (Reduce) -USD 400.
The total cost for AGS-ACADEMY is USD 24 Only (EUR 21.5)
Applying for a C.L.E.A certificate on the DQ website costs 180 EUR (USD 200).
Total cost to get C.L.E.A Diploma: Only USD 224. (EUR 200)
===================================================
If you apply for a C.L.E.A certificate through AGS-ACADEMY,
receive a 10% discount in season greeting.
This means the certificate cost is 162.5 EUR.

162.5+21.5 = EUR 184

Wow, that's interesting, I didn't know there was an option to do that with CLEA... That's a pretty good deal for CLEA certificates then! I wonder how this will be looked at by Validential and/or the AICE plus NACES members. If there are ECTS offered or provided equivalencies, it should be recognized, as that's the main thing I look at or look for in regards to Spanish programs like ENEB, etc,...
Further to that, they're a HK based non-profit with subsidiaries, and their tuition fee link is here: https://ags-academy.org/tuition-fees/
As per the link, they've got partnership with a few institutions as well. Not a bad deal at all if you get the scholarship, it may actually get evaluated as a Masters, someone want to be the guinea pig, try this out, and report back?

CLEA has a whole page written in Spanish on how you can get your credentials evaluated through them as US equivalent for work, immigration, and other purposes. I don't think they indicate which evaluation agency they use, etc., but they sounded confident in their claim.

If the goal were solely the CLEA certificate, that would certainly work. However, I fear that AGS Academy's offerings are fairly limited compared to those of Masstercursos.

Is that for their propio degrees though?

From what I recall, WES use to evaluate CLEA but no longer does. There was a page that had IEE's icon on it so I believe CLEA is evaluated by them. The equivalency will likely return graduate credit with a possible graduate certificate equivalency similar to ENEB or maybe a Masters degree from regionally accredited institution / non-accredited program because the program itself would lack RVOE.

CLEA-Masstercursos recently was evaluated by IEE as a graduate certificate from a regionally accredited institution / non-accredited program. Since it was a Mexican propio validating a continuing education program's Spanish propio, it got both non-accredited program through the Mexican propio status (non-RVOE) and a graduate certificate/credit through the Spanish propio status.

I had reached out to Masstercursos the other day asking about their programs. Specifically I asked how they listed the courses on the transcripts if a person enrolled in more than one program (list them as one or if they kept them separate), and if there was a discounted rate for enrolling in more than one program at a time. Unless I missed a deal somewhere, I know that I had to pay ENEB to enroll in a third master even though I only needed 4 of the classes because I had satisfied the rest of them with other programs I completed with them. There doesn't appear to be any overlap like that between programs at MC, but I figured I'd ask. Here's their response:
"Good morning,
If you enroll in two of our programs, upon completion, you will of course receive two separate transcripts. One for each master's degree.
If you enroll in two master's degrees simultaneously, we can give you a 20% discount. If you wish, we can send you a link so you can make the corresponding payment for these two master's degrees."
So two different programs with no overlap to reduce/consolidate total hours/credits like ENEB (3200hrs and 128 ECTS at MC), for about $605 USD. I think that's a pretty good deal if it meets your goals, and if ECE gives a favorable rec like IEE does (maybe without the double penalty referenced earlier), plus it's nice that it's different content than what ENEB covers, so stacking the 2 could be particularly useful.
