Clep PreCalculus Testing Problems

I tried to take the clep precalculus today and every time I used the calculator thats part of the clep software my computer froze up. After restarting 4 times I finally told them I was done and to cancel the test. I want to take the test soon, but I dont know if it was the computer at my testing center or the clep server causing it to freeze. Has this happened to anyone else?

I know I sound like a commercial. I used ALEKS for Intro to Stat. I feared Statistics. I didnt want to take the test.
