I am looking for coaching courses that are free and come with certificates. If you know of any, please advise.

Please clarify if you mean any specific type of coaching. I don't know of any free post-secondary courses but I do know of lots that are dirt cheap (courses starting at less than $25).

I think there are several options, depending on the cost, ease, speed, that you're looking for. Most of these are more professional development and not for credit. Then there are options very similar, such as personal training, coaching in a specific field, corporate training, and various other branches... It's best to elaborate further, so we can provide something within your budget.
