I think it can be a good option for those who want to save $$$ .. but the university is in India.
Some employers may think that's strange...

Very interesting. Good to see their degree has a normal, traditional name - BS in CS. Unlike IIT Madras's BS in Programming and Data Science.

That’s neat and a potentially great deal.

Just one note: the $4,000 tuition is for people in select countries (less developed/poorer). For the people who tend to be on this board (those in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Mexico, other countries in Western Europe), the tuition is $6,000.
Master of Accountancy (taxation concentration), University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, in progress.
Master of Business Administration (financial planning specialization), University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, in progress.

BA, UMPI.  Accounting major; Business Administration major/Management & Leadership concentration.  Awarded Dec. 2021.

In-person/B&M: BA (history, archaeology)
In-person/B&M: MA (American history)

Sophia: 15 courses (42hrs)

This does seem like a good deal for those who are looking at the BSCS, it's a well rounded program, the only thing is, 4 Upper Level CS courses? The rest are lower level... I don't recall, but still looks good at $6K for the majority of users that are not in the developing countries. At 4K, it's a steal...

their numbering makes no sense

Intro to programming is upper level, but programming for mobile devices is lower ?

relational databases is upper but Building Database Applications is lower ?

This can be added to big 3... for $6k, you get a BS in CS.
Surprisingly, they have many successful alumni:

While it seems like a great opportunity for some, it doesn't meet the classical criteria for big 3 which generally allow you to transfer in all but 1-2 classes.

BITS Pilani is a very prestigious university in India. It is considered the private equivalent of the IITs.
It is a lot more prestigious than Amity.
This program is likely rigorous. It is a very good deal too.
Although the BSc in Data Science from IIT Madras is the most prestigious online degree in India, it has offline exams and there are no exam centres in the U.S.
The BSc in CS from BITS Pilani is a good alternative as it has online proctored exams.

Among the top dream institutions in India, this is one of the most prestigious. Only students who obtain a score of 95% or greater in the 12th grade are qualified to attend this college.

OK, so my post earlier is correct. It's a very good deal for those in India if they can get in through this program and it's only $4K, I think it would be a great deal also for those "overseas Indians" who have citizenship but living elsewhere. For those who can get it at $6K is getting a pretty good deal too I guess...
