Creative Writing options

Quick question, while working on my BSBA I am looking for English options. In particular something I may actually find interesting and useful, so has anyone come across some good options for creative writing, fiction writing, or the like?

The only one I could find on my list with Creative Writing specifically is: BYU IS ($534/course)

There are also some English/Lit courses at the following schools:
U of Arkansas Self-Paced ($480/course)
CSU-Pueblo IS ($495/course)
U of Idaho IS ($510/course)
LSU DL ($619/course)

They are the least expensive on my list, but you may find a less expensive option at a community college (I mostly keep a running list of UL courses that are harder to find).

You know considering the source that really isn't bad; has anyone done any courses from BYU on here by chance?
