Study.com BUS 209

Has anyone successfully transfered this course into UMPI as BUS 260?   All the info I’ve found advises that it’s accepted but I’ve also found out that it’s NCCRS certified and not ACE/Credly.   I was under the impression that UMPI does not accept NCCRS certification.   Am I mistaken?   Can someone provide any info?

UMPI does accept this course. It shows on the Study page for UMPI and on the UMPI transfer database that it transfers in as BUS260.

For at least some schools, Study.com is an exception when it comes to "No NCCRS courses". They accept the NCCRS course(s) from Study.com because they consider SDC an accepted site. For future reference, the official SDC transfer page is here: https://study.com/college/school/umpi.html

In other words, the institution has an agreement or articulation with Study.com, you'll see this with ACE/NCCRS providers, generally though, they'll also show the articulated courses in a transfer webpage or a document. Just like Sophia.org, Study.com, StraighterLine, etc, that show equivalency details, you'll see that coming from NCCRS providers such as LawShelf.com or Onlinedegree.com...
