Do we really NEED to get the book associated with this course to pass the final?  Or is the included Study Guide more than enough to pass?  The Study Guide looks extensive and appears to include about every needed thing for a "pass".

I REALLY want to do this instead of the  Saylor.org version of the class.

What say you guys?  If I study the Study Guide, will that be enough for a pass?

I'm also looking at this course. Are there any written assignments for this course? What's the exam format like? (essay, multiple choice, both?)

I haven't taken anything with Davar yet so I'm curious. I was going to sign up for the TECEP for this course, but if there's another option I may reconsider.
