Someone might want to remind Disney that The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. And not asking questions about race, yet discrimination on hiring based on race is going to get you into a lot of legal trouble. Not to mention destroy your brand.

Wasnt there a free certificate on this forum about DEI? Might be worth revisiting rather than taking things at face value from the guy openly supporting racism antisemitism on his platform.

For those wondering what DEI stands for... It's abbreviated and is for Diversity, equity, and inclusion. And there are a few 'free' or at least a cheap option for certificates. As I understand it, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is simply the evolution, or perhaps revolution, of the field and practice of what we used to call Equal Opportunity (EO). Fairly instituted and managed, DEI and EO are good and necessary.

Equal Opportunity (EO) was to be about leveling the playing field to make it fair for all. DEI is about stacking the deck to create an unfair advantage for a few, while pretending to be noble.
