My class overall got really great grades but I couldn’t even the pass exam that is taken at 15/16 Yrs Old in scotland with that amount of studying. I have tried every imaginable way to learn a language other than my native language. I don’t know the cause of my problems could it be related to one of my disabilities or is it the wiring of my brain I don’t know. All I know is that any language beyond my native language I can’t learn with any level of ability but I can categorically say is it isn’t from lack of trying or effort.
No, es imposible aprender español! You probably understand what that means just by context and similar words to English. Spanish shares around 1/2 its words with English.
Learn the basic cognate rules such as any word ending in "al' is spelled exactly the same in Spanish.
I could say "Go to my car/vehicle/auto/horseless carriage/ride/carro and get my sunglasses." What's the difference if one word is Spanish, they all mean the same thing. Think of Spanish as saying the same thing as English, just in a different way like using slang. So Spanish in your mind isn't foreign, it's English with slang.
A good foundation is learning the top 200-300 highest frequency Spanish words with around 50 being verbs. (80/20 principle)

I would forget learning some of the less used words like la escoba - the broom, or la alfombra - the carpet or rug. Some of the words in that course are useless for a beginner. The scope of learning a language can become overwelling if you have too many words to learn.
Challenges to passing the Instantcert Spanish course will be getting past the listening part and passing the final. Everything else should be somewhat easier.
Instantcert Spanish is passable in 40 hrs or less. Don't worry about becoming fluent, just pass the test.

You need those 15cr of RA from ASU, so I would use them. The only issues are going to be: 1) what they come in as, and 2) the BSBA and where they might fit in that. Computer Applications and Information Technology is probably a duplicate of Sophia's Intro to IT, but that's not a big deal to lose the Sophia course.
Obvious things to complete no matter which degree you choose from TESU:
- English Comp I & II (English Comp I & II from Sophia will work)
- an Oral Comm course (Public Speaking from Sophia will work)
- a Diversity course (Sociology from Sophia will work)
For the BALS, I show you at 73cr done (with ASU minus the Sophia IT course):
- 4 UL Liberal Arts courses (Study.com and Coopersmith are the best options)
- 2 200-level Liberal Arts courses (Ancient Greek Philosophers will work from Sophia; others will need to come from elsewhere like SDC)
- 3 additional Free Electives courses
For the BSBA, I show you at 56cr done (with ASU minus the Sophia IT course):
Managerial Acctg, Business Law, Business Comm, Management, Marketing, Finance, Int'l business, Stats & Capstone for Core need to be done (and either Managerial Comm or Int'l Business needs to be UL)
Project management will work in the MGT area, leaving 2 additional areas, with 4 UL courses and 1 LL course
________________________________________________________________________
Another option: TESU'S BALS degree with a Certificate in Organizational Leadership. This will not make you do any extra courses, although you will have to do extra UL courses.
From the list for the BALS above:
- 4 UL Liberal Arts courses (BUS 307: Leadership and Organizational Behavior and BUS 305: Leadership Communication from Study.com are 2 you would have to take)
- 2 200-level Liberal Arts courses (no change)
- 3 additional Free Electives courses (Principles of Management from wherever, and then BUS 302: Foundations of Leadership and BUS 304: Leading Organizational Change from SDC are required)
________________________________________________________________________
2 final options: EC for the BLS or BPS degrees; you can do all ACE/NCCRS except their 7cr - this will save you ~2500 in tuition at the school PLUS another $2000 that you don't need to pay to ASU.
BPS has 61cr needed:
- English Comp I & II (English Comp I & II from Sophia will work)
- Statistics (Sophia will work)
- College Algebra (Sophia will work)
- 3 UL Arts & Sciences courses (SDC or Coopersmith are easiest options)
Professional Core
- Principles of Management
- Principles of Marketing
- Principles of Finance
- BUS 302: Foundations of Leadership (SDC)
- BUS 306: Strategic Human Resources Management
- BUS 307: Leadership and Organizational Behavior
- BUS 308: Globalization and International Management
- 2 add'l UL and 1 add'l LL business course
BLS has 61cr needed:
- English Comp I & II (English Comp I & II from Sophia will work)
- Natural Science or Math (Sophia will work)
- 6 UL Arts & Sciences courses (SDC or Coopersmith are easiest options)
- 2 UL in anything
- 6 Free Electives
