You can earn 0 credits at TESU in a month. This is because they are NOT SELF PACED. They operate on 12 week semesters.

You really really really need to slow down. Read the wiki, other TESU threads, go on the TESU website and poke around, read the TESU academic catalog. This is message 61 on this thread and there isn't any new information that can't be found on other threads.

I didn't mean for you to close the thread. Asking questions is fine. However, its a bit unsettling that you only have a 4k budget and you're ready to dive in already over your budget while also not knowing the education format of the school.
There is a lot of information on this forum and wiki so you need to invest some time to process everything.

I have to reconsider everything, I didnt realize the differences in "degree awarded" requirements, would be so all encompassing in comparison (its very different)
/
I'll need to reread the wiki, but I cant do TESU if its a "semester" only school (on a schedule)
/
My old plans are all defunct, and no remaining avenue will is going to just let me do Sophia for any missing credits. I need RA/Residency credits, I need to find where and how long to get them, cheap.
/
I also did not truly factor US dollars, charging me in the realm 10x plus that of my defunct plan ($650-$750 is now in the range of $5K+ USD, or $7K+ Canadian, I did the conversions).
/
Paying $4000 USD was more in the idea, they would just take the credits + an online capstone in a "throw money at it" pipedream (but even $4K USD is not possible needing RA/Residency credits)
/
I was not prepared for running into an issue, other than a few missing GE credits ... and your right I have not grasped the scope of time, funds or effort needed; combined with my personal wants

I will have much additional issues get into the USA with out a BS+++ in my field. (I doubt an AS would be valued)
Moving up in my current workplace needs a 2 or 4 year degree.
Leaving my current position, without a degree in the current Canadian market may = "put the fries in the bag"
/
The priority is getting the degree, but things just got .... out of hand on me (hence, I need to rejig everything to a place where I can pull it off again... again I didnt grasp scope of project)

Ok. So work is immediate priority for promotion, the immigration in the short-medium term. UMPI is ruled out since they don't have a BS. TESU is ruled out since it's semester based. CUNY is also ruled out since it's semester based. UoPeople too.
From my previous message about the WGU's Accelerated Information Technology Bachelor's and Master's Degree

You would have to give the Admissions office a call but I know they accept Canadians in a lot of providences. This used to be on the admissions website: "As a recent update, students who reside in and/or will complete their programs in Canada (except for residents of Newfoundland and Labrador) are eligible for admission but may not enroll in WGU programs that require clinical field experience (e.g., initial teacher licensure programs)."

Or UMPI Bachelor's for immediate promotion into a WGU IT master's for immigration like bjcheung77 mentioned.

For the accelerated program, do note you have the option to pause or not proceed with the masters after graduating with the BSIT portion. You should contact them as well to make sure you are eligible since you're Canadian.
