Notes: I have earned both an Associate of Arts and an Associate of Science from the Lone Star College System. The only college I have looked into is UMPI. I shaped the spreadsheet Christie (u/ccwgu) created to carve a path forward for myself at UMPI. I have linked the UMPI BLS Mgt, BA, PM Minors, MAOL Degree spreadsheet plan I created for your convenience. I want to thank Christie (u/ccwgu) again for making the original spreadsheet. She is truly an amazing person.

I am in no way set on UMPI. This is just where I started, and I felt that I needed more opinions at this point. I am looking for the easiest path forward, and I understand that how easy something can be is subjective. For example, taking more classes overall can be easier. Let me explain: taking easier required UL classes at UMPI may take the pressure off by allowing a student to take the more challenging required UL courses at Sophia. Some of these would filter into additional elective credits. Yes, this means more classes overall, but it shifts the more challenging courses to Sophia. Ultimately, the 10 UL requirement is met, and the more challenging courses are taken at Sophia. Is this not correct? This train of thought is not reflected in the plan below. I am more concerned with how difficult the plan is, not the cost.

Being in Texas, I would suggest looking at Texas A&M Commerce as well - they're $1000 per term in-state - below is a sample degree plan for Organizational Leadership, but they have other options as well:

Welcome to the board! Hmm, you just updated your post 1 minute ago, when I was about to respond... Hmm, I would also recommend the TAMUC options for undergraduate studies and then you can ladder upwards to a Masters at say WGU MSML or MBA afterwards (they're endorsed in Texas), or another Texas institution... There are various ways to get to your goal, as another example, if you're thinking of UMPI for the one and done option, you can do the undergrad degree of choice, take the 4 classes (3 of which can transfer into the MAOL), and finish off with UMPI MAOL.

No worries, I was just clarifying my last paragraph.
I felt that I was not making myself clear and would confuse anyone reading it.

It revolves around the fact:
At least 30 credits must be taken at UMPI
At least 12 credits in the major/minor must be taken at UMPI
At least 9 UL credits in the major/minor must be taken at UMPI

...Although sometimes this is not the case?

Shifting more difficult classes to Sophie while taking easier UL courses at UMPI would result in additional unnecessary electives.
This would result in an overall easier program with more classes to fulfill the UL requirement. That was my point...I think.

This is what I detailed in the spreadsheet I linked to. It seems like a solid plan, although it might not be the easiest.

Great 1st post, TAMUC is what you are looking for. $1000 per 7 week semester, It would probably take 3 to 4 semesters to complete your degree, maybe less depending on the amount of time you have to complete the classes.

My wife and I graduated in May, and we have 3 friends currently working on the program.

It would appear that TAMUC is lower on the difficulty scale, comparatively speaking.
As I have stated previously, my concern is the difficulty. Cost is a non-issue.
