Have you tried contacting COSC and see if they will give you some info on this. All we can do is guess.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

They're considered the friendlier school of the three, so maybe they can help. Also, if you go on their website, try to do a search and see if you find courses with similar titles/outcomes. This way, you can send COSC an email with most of the legwork done for them such as: "will BasketWeaving 101 at Wampum College transfer as Fundamentals of Woven Containers 201 at COSC?"

Just as a heads up, keep in mind the CC courses will only transfer over to COSC as lower level credit. If he completes most of the coursework and transfers it in, he wont be able to fulfill the upper level requirements.

Having grown up in/near the town of Wampum, I got a good laugh out of that.
