Well, essentially, that's what happened with the several acres of land that Gwynedd Mercy University did... Essentially they bought it for $12.1 million in late 2018 and now flipping it for $31.5 million. I wonder what really happened to their expansion plans as mentioned in the article, they're trying to bolster enrollment of existing programs and create new ones, they have some recent funding as well...
