Courtesy of JoshD from the sister board (ThatBankDude on DegreeForum)... Seems like it's going to be set for 2024!
Hopefully they change their ways and promote student success instead of wasting cashflow on advertising like they did before!

I don’t think it was their advertising budget that did them in but rather the false advertising.

The false advertising is what caused lawsuits and issues with the government and accreditation board.

At the peak of their enrollment era, advertising fees and their other expenses came out to roughly a hundred million a year! If only they had more of a focus on students enrolling and properly providing a suitable education, they would have been in a much better situation than now...

With more happy, satisfied, and well educated students, you'll gain more revenue, plus appease investors, and expand offerings accordingly for growth purposes, they could have cycled this over and over again but instead lost focus on what they needed versus what they wanted...

In short, upper management didn't do much of a job at all to alleviate any potential issues, basically made it worse by trying to cover their mistakes and keep enrolling students so they can take out student loans, their focus was exactly that, on the revenue from those loans and not student learning.

I do worry that it'll be a Purdue Global situation, where the intentions are good but the arrangement with the old owners as service provider causes serious problems.
