For each prospective student, it depends, I wouldn't just go for a degree because it's cheap, easy, fast, it should hit a goal of yours of some sort, there are similar NA/RA programs as well... It's a good idea to keep this program if you're going to be in the healthcare industry and also at an admin/management capacity (not in Allied Health or Direct Patient Care, unless you've already got those certifications and/or licensure, plus want to move into a different role).
