Do I need Communications concentration or major?
#1
I'm graduating with a double major in Management and Marketing next month. Now that I'm at the end of my studies, I have a much better idea regarding the career-life path I'm drawn to. I really want to segue into professional writing, possibly technical writing. I'm glad I'll have the Management and Marketing degrees, for job security and versatility, but do I need a communications concentration or major if I'm really interested in pursuing writing? To break it down more:

A. Would it be worth delaying graduation to add a Concentration in Communications? Are concentrations really worth anything?

B. Would it be worthwhile to try to transfer my credits to get a BA in Communication / Professional Writing?
