I have my AS in Nursing thru Excelsior with a horrible GPA (2.52). I have 1 year left in the BSN program at TESC with a GPA of 3.65 and I am hoping to maintain it. I plan to apply to Grad school and the requirement is 3.0. Based on the numbers I ran, my current, cumulative is 2.7. I have some room in my free electives and thought I could take a few health or medical terminology courses thru a community college or BYU, etc to increase my GPA. I have tons of CLEP credit as well.
Will that work to increase my cumulative GPA? Most of my EC credit was the nursing exams which gave letter grades and they were mostly C's, a few B's. The actual courses I took, real community college courses were Bs.
Any recommendations?
