EC, COSC, and TOEFL requirements for Intl. Students

Hi guys,

I was checking out admissions req's for the big 3 as it relates to International students. On TESC's site I was able to easily find their requirement and minimum score for the TOEFL test required for non-native/foreign English speakers. However, with EC and COSC and I can see no mention of it all anywhere. Does anyone know if the other 3 colleges require applicants to have taken and submitted a TOEFL result prior to enrollment?

As long as you have at least 15 college credits that include English Comp I, most schools dont care about the TOEFL

I am asking on behalf of my wife who has a 3 year "degree" (she says it's not called degree technically) as a Business English major, but it is from a Chinese University. At some point we are going to have her records sent over to WES and see what exactly she does have in equivalent.
