Just curious, I wonder if the Acacia DBA can be completed in 2 years and have the installments be done in 24 months in equal payments instead... It'll be $5K/year, broken down into monthly chunks, it shouldn't be too hard to complete in two years vs three, and would be more ideal for someone like me.

In addition to Westcliff, you can always try Walden and a few of the other for profits and see if you can get into their ABD programs after doing the Level 8 UK diploma program and finish that faster than 2-3 years. The Walden PhD in Management Completion program is just 1.5 years and $16.5K USD, I wrote about that before...

I know VUL is quite fast, yet you've to pay the whole thing at once. Are there any of them just like the VUL, but with installment plans and can be done 12-ish months?

Thank you all!

They have payment plan (12 installments).

I've only ever seen one complaint about VUL's DHA from people who've actually taken the program. As an outsider, I think they're slowly pricing themselves out of the market. The price is still inexpensive overall, but at over $20K there are other options from schools with greater name recognition if that matters at all to a person.

The least expensive Doctorate I know of right now is the Kairos DPC at $4,800 per year in installments of $400/month. Just be aware that it is Christian-centered and requires being an already-licensed and practicing Counselor.

Kairos is RA and cost-effective but DPC is restricted for practitioners.

As to VUL pricing themselves out...last I knew the DHA was one of only a handful of programs the school still offered. If it is the only thing keeping the school afloat, then I expect the price to continue.

I mentioned this before, but I believe the price jumps about a grand each time a new cohort starts....

Far too expensive for a NA program.
