Birkbeck, University of London offered me an MSc in Computer Science, and UoPeople MSIT does. I was also submitting a request for transfer credit and UoPeople accepts only one course / Databases, I feel they did not really take a look into the course, just matching the name and getting it transferred. I requested an appeal for re-evaluation, but haven't heard back yet.
I also spent a lot of money on those evaluation companies -
- IEE (Course-by-Course, US and CA): Graduate Certificate. CA one is pretty much useless, just some wording changes, and it is not an IRCC-approved agency for evaluation. But I don't care, I'm already in Canada and about to leave.
- SpanTran (General): Completion of a graduate-level program of study of business information systems.
- SpanTran (Course-by-Course): Waiting
- UK ENIC: Request me to provide more information, I said I afraid I couldn't. They have not yet replied.
- ECE: Still waiting, don't really expect they will give me GPA.
Alright, I have spent another US$190 bucks for Course-by-Course with Josef Silny & Associates, Inc (JS&A) a member of NACES. The result is " the equivalent of the U.S. degree of Master of Business Administration in Business Intelligence earned by distance education at an institution of higher education that is not regionally accredited in the United States."
Someone on the forum mentioned this company may be giving better reports for Spanish schools, but unfortunately, it is not the case for ENEB Transcript + Ui1. (The documents were sent directly by ENEB.)
On the other side of the report, they incorrectly put the program completion date on December 2025, which is a future date. Also, there was a huge delay due to their system failure. I don't recommend them at all.
I just wrote a long complaint to them and am looking forward to seeing how they deal with it. If they don't address it, I will probably go with credit card dispute and report to BBB, also NACES.

When I ordered, you couldn't get the Isabel diploma (not even digitally) without buying the physical diploma.

There are so few programs that accept a grad cert, and many of them will definitely accept a bachelor's for a master's degree. Not to mention that bachelors are way harder..
Grad credit can qualify you for various stuff including the ability to take state exams for certain licensures. Some schools also accept it as the first year of a multi-year Master's.

No. (ENEB is not an American institution.)
so contractor jobs do not accept any foreign degrees at all? Don't many kids of military members end up going to school overseas wherever they are stationed?
Your post made you sound like you were asking if ENEB itself, as an institution, gives military discounts or any other special perks to US military members.
Your follow-up sounds like you are instead asking if the qualifications from having graduated from ENEB does anything special for US military members.
There is nothing special about a US military member compared to anyone else if they are applying to, say, a standard Italian university (not a US military base school). I would read the ENEB wiki about what you can and can't use an ENEB degree for.

As usual, be careful with this, a whole lot of places will not accept Validential as an evaluation service. If you already know what you're using it for will however, go for it. If I am using Validential to show masters in US, for only job applications, then its fine for me. I am NOT going further for a doctorate. Its solely for Masters on resume.

Yes. I'm not going for a doctorate either. However I apply for jobs which do not accept Validential (I must use a NACES member for evaluations for my job field). I am just reminding people to check what their actual job field requires before they jump headfirst in to this.

I signed up 2 days ago for the Global (3 Masters). But I am confused...
What I want: MBA, Digital Marketing company & E-Commerce, Project Management (or Big Data and Business Intelligence)
But from the list to start the courses, I only see "Project Management" "E-Commerce" (only), "Big Data" (only).
Where is the "MBA" or "Digital Marketing company & E-Commerce"??

ERES gave me the same equivalency with their pre-evaluation process but they stated non-accredited instead of specifically stating "not regionally accredited". WES USA use to give the same result before they stopped evaluating ENEB.
Did your evaluation state ENEB only or did it also acknowledge Universidad Isabel I? I believe if it had stated Universidad Isabel I, it would have an accredited evaluation equivalency at either the graduate credit level only or possibly as a graduate certificate.

Who among you was able to transfer credits obtained from ENEB either undergraduate with ECE or graduate with IEE to a university and which degree?

The wording in their evaluation is rather interesting. "Not regionally accredited in the US" can mean a lot of things..UoPeople was not regionally accredited for the longest time, so are newer schools such as Elmwood Institute.
It seems that they did not address the key issue, which is if there is any equivalency of accreditation at all in the US.

"Not regionally accredited in the US" does leave it open to interpretation. It makes it sound as though they may have considered both the U1 diploma along with the ENEB diploma but decided that while it could be considered a recognized degree, there are certain aspects such as the propio status that kept them from giving it regionally accredited status. Yet, it is still a legitimate degree from the US with some type of state-authorized or nationally accredited status.

I haven't, wasn't my intention to get ENEB for credit transfer or evaluation purposes, I got them just to fill learning gaps and knowledge I may have on the subject matter... I suggest reviewing the WIKI, senior members and moderators modify the WIKI to reflect changes if any...

Will mods lock this page and create an ENEB Master Thread 2? This is not refreshing at all....
