WES has a free tool to check if a degree from a school equates to a US degree. This is not a full evaluation, but gives an idea. For some reason, the tool didn't work for me. Can anyone try?

The WES tool doesn't list ENEB or Universidad Isabel I.

I digged those profiles a little bit further , and seems the WES Id mentioned is NOT for ENEB but some other degrees those people had from some other Universities.

I looked again and you are correct. The Credential ID was for a different University. I am going to contact WES directly and ask about this specific school/program. I used their degree equivalency tool also and I didn't see this school listed for Spain either. If we can get a Credential ID for this program I think it will be worth it but, if we can't then it won't work for most people. Some just need something on their resume and some, like myself, will be faced with a rigorous verification of education. I will keep you all posted https://www.naces.org/members this list has all of the credentialing organizations.

I chatted with a rep from Education Credential Evaluators (another well known organization from the list) I asked about the school and the Rep said they don't list schools that are approved. They simply match like classes and like degrees. I was sent these samples:
https://www.ece.org/ECE-FIles/Sample-Rep...Report.pdf $160
https://www.ece.org/ECE-FIles/Sample-Rep...eport3.pdf $85

AFAIK most (if not all) NACES members will not evaluate a degree if the school is not recognized by relevant local agencies. For example, in order for a degree from India (both the examples above) to be evaluated, the school has to be approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) which is the accrediting body in India.
I am not sure if ENEB fits this criteria.

New Member here...
Glad I found this forum as I am considering a MBA and/or Masters from ENEB. I wonder could these diplomas be validated by Universidad Azteca or Universidad Central de Nicaragua as accredited hours or degrees. If ENEB / Universidad Isabel I grants ECTS hours, I would think that there would be a way to have a foreign university validate the programs which would make them accredited. Then have one of the credential evaluators grant an equivalency regional accredited report based off the accredited university that validated the ENEB/ Universidad Isabel program.
Here are their university websites:
Universidad Azteca: http://universidadazteca.net/doctor_programmes
Universidad Central de Nicaragua: http://businessschooldirect.info/
These two universities have a partnership where Azteca validates a degree which is then awarded through Nicaragua as an accredited foreign degree. One of NACES evaluators could then grant RA accreditation equivalency.

ENEB lists the CV of their faculty. Only 4 out of 32 have doctorates, and none of them have any degrees from a well known school.
An MBA program taught by faculty with such weak credentials would NEVER be accredited, and would never be accepted for a degree equivalency in the United States.

I noticed that too..... It's also strange that eneb has a separate domain for their faculty which is enebfaculty.com. You would think they would have their faculty list on a subdomain or sub directory of the main site. When I think about them selling these degree programs at such a huge discount for a prolonged period of time, it makes me wonder are they about to lose more partnerships and programmatic accreditations which would render their programs useless. For now, these programs may transfer into other state-approved / legal (unaccredited) university degrees who take the ECTS transfer credits in some areas of Europe. I don't think it will benefit anyone here in the US unless it is treated as a professional certificate which essentially that is what it would be.

Edit Reason: Cleaned up quote
)
I have been following this forum for a bit, and feel that I have a bit to contribute. This is my first post, and as I can see, doesn't earn me a lot of credibility, but hopefully the information will help anyone who is considering or just curious about the program. I found the program, admittedly on Groupon, and laughed a bit. But the audacity of them to claim that you could earn an MBA for $300 and that they advertise on Groupon raised my curiosity . I came across this forum, and one respectable member made the comment to "think critically to the level of someone who aspires to a master's degree" (sic). So I decided to do just that. What is being offered here is called a "título propio" un Spain. It is recognized in Spain and throughout Europe throughout the private sector, and is a legitimate degree accredited by the university. I decided to message them with some questions, and will include the response I received, as I feel it could be helpful.
Quote:Does this mean that it is considered to be a degree offered and granted by Universidad Isabel I de Castilla? Or just that they recognize the degree?
The University accredits and grants the degree but does not offer it or conduct it, we do that. This is the legal way for business schools to proceed in Spain, they must partner up with a ministry-accredited University that certifies their contents and procedures, and then awards the degree.
Second, does that University hold any commencement ceremonies, and if so, do graduates of ENEB get to participate in the ceremony?
As you're a student of ENEB, and not of the University, I don't supose you can attend their ceremonies. We don’t currently hold graduation or iniciation ceremonies, due to the fact that we have students from many different countries. But since many north-american and Caribbean students have been inquiring about this, we’re looking to see how we can hold a Graduation Ceremony. We’ll let you all know once the decision is made.
Third, do you know if the degrees issued by ENEB qualify as the equivalent to a US Masters degree when submitted to a foreign credential evaluation service such as World Education Services?
You would have to ask the WES about the specific US equivalent, but in Europe it does qualify as a level 7 EQF degree.
Lastly, i am considering completing the Micromasters MBA core curriculum from EDX would ENEB recognize the credits from their course for credit towards the MBA program as a way to shorten the course of study (information about their program can be found here......)
Yes, the Admissions department would require your transcript from them to do so.
We remain at your disposal for any further information.
Kind regards
Also, I apologise for the formatting issues that caused it to include so much garbage in the post. I'm trying to figure out how to edit that away.
