EU Citizen Seeking Low-Cost Online Studies in Law, Psychology, or Public Administration
#1
Hello everyone,

I hold an EU passport and I’m interested in enrolling in fully online studies in law, psychology, or public administration, preferably in an EU country. It’s important that:

exams do not require proctoring (quizzes and essays are fine),

there are no special English language requirements,

the studies can be completed as quickly as possible,

and if possible, the programs are free or low-cost.

Does anyone know of such programs or have experience with online degrees that meet these criteria?

Thank you in advance!

You didn't mention which degree (bachelor, master), or what low-cost means to you.
Requirement for no English language proof is a showstopper IMHO, all EU schools have that for English programs. Overall the demanding combination of criteria I'd say would lead to near zero results. I expect you are looking for standard accreditation and not propio titles (like those from ENEB school).
Also might be easier if you know some local language - some countries have online degrees in local languages.
For lowest priced degrees in UK check Futurelearn and University of Wrexham. Not EU, but at least there is something to choose from (unlike EU).

Done, as I split this into a new thread and moved it to Degree Planning Advice.

Hi @acamaca,

you need to provide more specifics. You're basically looking for an all-in-one solution that may not even exist.
For instance, your criterion "there are no special English language requirements" is at the same both quite vague and pretty much closing the doors to most - if not almost all - programs in English worldwide. Explain in detail what you mean by this criterion. No TOEFL test? Fewer classes in English?

If you are open to a USA RA accredited degree, Try UMPI yourpace psychology degree, has no exams, just paper writing, and can be completed in 1 term if you can bang out the classes fast enough with the help of transfer credits from study.com , Sophia, StraighterLine, etc. Maximize transfer credits from third-party sources, which they will accept 90 transfer credits, leaving you with 30 more credits to complete.
Here is a sample plan:

Also, make sure you meet the general education requirement courses:
