EXcelsior final grade and Graduation update time

Can anyone post their experience with the time it takes for your graduation status to change once you complete your final grades?

I had a test post to EC yesterday, and they updated my status report, but not my evaluation summary - any time in the past both were updated at the same time when new credit came in. I am just wondering if there is a time lag if it is your final grade.

Hi,

I just graduated last week - degree received on Monday! Yeah! Anyhow, my final transcript and summary was done for about a week prior to the graduation status changing. My understanding is that once your advisor says you have completed your requirements an academic supervisor has to review your records and make sure everything is in order. Then once they approve your graduation your status will change on the graduation page. Are you close to the cut-off date or did you just pay your SSF? They may be trying to see if you are eligible for an earlier graduation date or refund of some of your fees and could be why your summary wasn't updated. Your final summary will say that you appear to have met the graduation requirements and state your expected graduation date, so maybe they are working that out and that is why they haven't updated the summary page.
