Question on scoring system for revised DSST exams
#1
How does the new scoring system (400/500) for the revised DSSTs work? Does anyone know how it approximately translates to a percentage score, or about how many questions need to be correct to pass? I'm taking the Principles of Supervision and Intro to Business tomorrow, and I don't have a basis to decide how ready I am.

By the way, I would appreciate any input for the Intro to Biz. After reading the Specific Exam feedback, I'm having a difficult time deciding what the best study resource is because the general consensus is that the actual exam seems to be very different from the material contained in the normal resources (IC flashcards, Peterson's, Official Guide to DSST, etc.).

I really appreciate this forum! Thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge!!

Here is the link for DSST's Scoring 101 printed piece (http://getcollegecredit.com/assets/pdf/D...coring.pdf). There is a small chart on the 2nd page that shows what percentage of the questions need to be answered correctly to translate to a passing score of 400 (this only applies to those exams that have been "refreshed" and utilize the 400 passing score).
