Saying “Over seas” is a bit unnessary. Their nationality is not important; their competence at that employer is the issue.

It's spelled "unne
cessary", and if your comment is not related to the topic of my post, then I think that it's quite unnecessary for you to speak. Thank you.

Agreed. It’s quite clear your dig at “Over seas” people is a bit xenophobic.
Also, it’s overseas. It is one word instead of two. No quotations are necessary. You don’t capitalize it as you used it in your sentence.
You are welcome.

Do you need a hug? It's quite clear that you have emotional issues possibly stemming from childhood due to your behavior. "Projection" is a symptom of
paranoia, and perhaps narcissism and borderline personality disorder as well.
Your inability to perceive "a joke" using normal online literary convention is a bit troublesome as well.
Unfortunately, this isn't the forum for that. Might I suggest following up with a consult using your employer's EAP program, or Psychology Today?

Saying something offensive and then claiming it's a joke is a bit like wearing your underpants inside out, backwards, and outside of your trousers. Okay, maybe you meant to do that but it's crass and why on earth would you do that?

I didn't know that the word "overseas" was offensive.
My apologies to all of our friends in the U.K.
...I humbly suggest that you avail yourself of the same services that BrianFallon will partake in.
