Eng Comp Essay Topics

Can anyone give me some examples of what types of topics they give you for the essay part? Do you get just 1 topic or a few to choose from and how long does the essay need to be?

If you use Cracking the Clep you'll see 2.The CLEP study guide has some as well.They were

Restricting ammunition sales versus restricting gun sales.For or against

The more things change,the more they remain the same.For or against

There are no challenges/goals more difficult than those we set for ourselves.For or against

Anyhow the topic is neither here nor there.They want to see how well you write not necessarily how well you know the topic.......even though that helps too.

Ps u don't get to choose anything......prob just your exam date and test center........lol.You get 1 topic,no choice.
