I'm skeptical, but it's definitely worth checking to see if TESU will take it as English Comp II. It'd be great for you if I'm wrong.

I assumed based on the numbering of your English I as English 111, that your B&M offers you a choice of English 112, 113 , or 114 to fulfill its English II requirement. In that case, all three of these have the required outcomes for fulfilling English II requirements at TESU. If your B&M is a west coast school and does not have a strict English II requirement, my analysis could be wrong.

Nope. East coast school here. Yes, the English courses run like this:
ENG 111. Writing and Inquiry
ENG 112. Writing and Research in the Disciplines
ENG 113. Literature-Based Research
ENG 114. Professional Research & Reporting
then, the 12x
ENG 125. Creative Writing

If they count it as English Comp II and you'd rather have it as Tech Writing (or vice versa), then submit a request to have it changed and make sure to include the syllabus. I personally also included other relevant info for my appeal. You can include a copy of the catalog page where it shows the course sequence, maybe a copy of the degree requirements showing that the course is required as second after English Comp II, etc. Anything to make your course stronger.
