When I saw he was a 'professor' for many years in a large State university system, I thought he would be making well over 6 figures. In 2023, Narula, Rajiv made $66,461 from SUNY Canton:

• Title ASSOC PROFESSOR-10 MO (title also confirmed by 2022 academic catalog https://www.canton.edu/media/pdf/catalog-2223.pdf)

I've read multiple articles where they describe it as a cash for grades scheme during 2021 and 2022. I also found this post on ratemyprofessors at Apr 9th, 2025 (posted after the news so unsure if it's a true review) "Easiest A ever, $200 at final...he's a joke..this whole college is a joke...keep promoting him when he just takes cash for A's"  https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/1847770). I really do hope this comment is a lie and he took more than $200. $200 * "eight counts of Bribery"= $1600...that's just too sad. (https://troopers.ny.gov/news/former-suny...ed-bribery).
