I've got a question concerning the B.S. in Criminal Justice from Excelsior College. The B.S. allows for 60 credits to be in the Applied Professional electives. Looking over the Liberal Arts catalog, it states that Criminal Justice credits are considered Applied Professional electives. When looking at the degree outline for the B.S. though, it states that 30 credits must be general education, 30 credits for the major, and 60 credits for Applied Professional.
My question:
If I am majoring in a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Excelsior College, will that major count towards the Applied Professional elective pool, or the Arts/Science pool (or a combination of both depending upon the specific courses taken)?
Thanks.
