Excelsior just send out an email stating all students enrolling in the program after December 6, 2019 will have to complete courses for nursing theory and fcca requirements. The program will still allow students to test out of general Education requirements. They are giving current students until 2021 to finish nursing theory exams before switching to a course structure.
