I called Admissions about this, but they wouldn't give a definitive answer one way or the other. Doesn't hurt to try so I submitted my skillsoft certs from Rutgers last week. I'll post the results of my eval when I receive it.

Awesome! Thanks for the info Anne! I have not registered at Excelsior yet, so having someone that is, is a very valuable resource! I read on the skillsoft site that their courses are ACE recommended IF you are at an approved site. I am not exactly sure what that means, but I figured that if Excelsior will take the FEMA courses, then why would they not take self directed Skillsoft courses. I also read that you can get your skillsoft courses accredited by an organization called NASBA or something like that. I will have to look into that. Please keep us posted, I am very eager to learn the facts
