If somebody enrolls at Excelsior to lock in a catalog while pursuing credits elsewhere, what would the annual fees be?

$1095 for the first year, and then $495 each additional year.

I will say that I think this is less of an issue at Excelsior and COSC - TESU changes their catalog and requirements more often than the other two.
