Anyone here have insight on the message Excelsior sent out regarding the two new college launches or The upcoming April 19 Webinar? I’m wondering what changes are coming.

What changes?! Hmm, I didn't get the memo (or email either)... If you have a copy of the email, I wouldn't mind quickly viewing that to see if there is a mention of something or another. We can probably do a search on their website for any details, reddit, whatever else, such as on their social media outlets... It's interesting they're creating new launches when they're in downsizing mode...

"On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, we will celebrate Charter Day, the anniversary of our charter to become an independent, not-for-profit institution. Last year, we changed from Excelsior College to Excelsior University. The next step in our evolution is to launch two new colleges: the College of Nursing and Health Sciences and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
The School of Nursing will now be part of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and the undergraduate and graduate schools will be transitioned into the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. This new structure will better support new programs, provide more streamlined student experiences, and strengthen students’ connections with faculty. " It makes sense that this would happen, since EC is EU now. So, it looks like the university will have two colleges under its umbrella.
