I joined in on this freebie from Florida Atlantic University. They got 60K registrations so they were swamped! It's usually $900 - good for anyone wanting to work in tourism. NOT Ace accredited - -just enrichment.

My son and I are both registered and taking this. It is perfect for him, he works in Food service and his hours have been cut quite a bit. He has the Pierpont BOG AAS, and wanted something Industry Specific on his resume, anyway. The timing was perfect.
I decided to take it for enrichment and I am going to be job searching after the school year ends. I thought it would be nice to have something current on my resume. It will also add to my interesting assortment of jobs and education.

Myself: BS Business/French-1991, Masters of Rehabilitation Counseling-1995, Completed the Poetry in America Series from HES for 20 credits in English in May 2019.

Thanks for the posting. I just received word I start on May 13th. I was on the waitlist. A total of 65,000 signed up. Unlike edX and other third party Certificates, this is "direct" from the University. A better cool factor. How did you first learn of this?
It is FAU's goodwill gesture to assist our global hospitality & tourism colleagues impacted by COVID-19.
Too bad other universities do not do the same.
