FEMA credit banking

Got a question for you FEMA users:

I'm about to take and hopefully pass my first one in a little bit. But I'm noticing they don't have you make an account. So when I pass, I've read they'll send of the scores. But I'm not signed up at TESC yet (waiting to finish a couple more ECEs.) So obviously I want to wait before sending TESC my scores. Can you have them re-send them later? How do you go about doin this? How do they keep track of what you've done?

Once you are ready to enroll in TESC, you will request all of your transcripts (CLEPs, DSSTs, FEMAs, etc.) and send them directly to TESC. This is the transcript form you will need to fill out and mail to the Independent Study headquarters. They will then, using the personal information on the transcript request form AND the information you put in on the last page of each of the FEMAs you took (social security number, name, address, etc.), find all of your credits and put them on one transcript, which they will mail to TESC. You used the word "resend" in your post, so I just wanted to clarify that when you are taking the FEMAs, they will not ask you if you want to send your scores to a college at all -- that is not an option on the form. You will wait to send any notification of credits received via FEMAs to TESC until you are done with all your FEMAs and are requesting a transcript. Sorry if that was confusing! :o
