I have the two recommended books for the ECE Human Resource Management.
The first textbook is Human Resource Management by Fischer 5th Ed.
The second book is the Cram101 Textbook Outline for Human Resource Managment: Gaining a Competitive Advantage by Noe.
The Fischer is in decent condition, though the spine is broken. The Cram101 is in absolutely perfect condition.
I took the ECE HRM exam this morning and these were a huge help.
