Certifications aren't always for college credit and aren't through colleges like CompTIA certifications. CompTIA and the like are professional certifications. Getting a certificate with your degree at TESU is like having a minor in that subject. UMPI has minors, TESU has certificates.

Again, your focus for now is to get that Bachelor degree as a check the box requirement, all others at this time would be secondary. I would finish what I mentioned first and work on your CIS cert after.
